Shipping
- Free nationwide shipping (Ireland) on orders over €100.
- Orders under €100: €9.95 shipping fee.
- International orders may take longer to arrive.
- Bikes are shipped in bike boxes and require some assembly; tools and instructions are included.
Returns
To qualify for a return:
- You must provide the original receipt/invoice.
- Items must be in their original manufacturer packaging.
- Items must be unused.
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely.
Exchanges
Shipping charges for exchanges:
- Ireland & UK
- Bikes and large boxes: €15
- Standard packages: €10
Bike Returns
- If you return a bike after 14 days (and it was not a special-order bike), a 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
- Refunds can be credited to a credit/debit card or sent by cheque.
Important Exclusion
- Sale, clearance, reduced-price, and exclusive-offer items cannot be returned once purchased.
