All-over Head Coverage

Thanks to the mountain-bike specific design of the Rex MTB Cycling Helmet, you'll enjoy excellent head protection for all your off-road action. Kask have ensured the entire head is covered, from the temporal bone in front to the lower occipital at the back. And yet the helmet remains low in weight, tipping the scales at just 310grams (size medium).  An innovative In-Moulding system has also allowed the Kask engineers to offer excellent mechanical strength and shock-resistance, keeping you safer should you crash. 

WG11 Safety Test

The Rex passes the stringent WG11 test. This focuses on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With this safety test passed, you can be sure the Rex has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your mountain bike. 

Keep the Air Flowing

This same strength mentioned above also allows for large air vents without compromising safety. A total of 20 front vents keeps the rush of air to your head - whether on fast singletrack or slower technical sections you'll enjoy excellent airflow. This cooling airflow is also complemented by Coolmax pads. This promotes efficient sweat-wicking and evaporation, giving you all-day riding comfort.  

Kask Octo-Fit

A rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides an improved finger grip. Floating cradle supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180° allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head. The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have also been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible. Whatever the size and shape of your head, you can get a customised fit dialled in easily. 

Trail-ready Features

The Rex has an easily adjusted visor, the multi-position ratchet making it easy to accommodate goggles of any shape. At the back, an integrated goggle retention clip ensures a secure fit even over the most aggressive and demanding trails. There's also a Lux Leather chin strap for comfort and integrated camera mount to capture all your mountain biking action.
